I was born in September 1986 and i was raised up in a small village in Germany. I was interested in the different kinds of art my whole life, so I made my advanced technical college entrance qualification - specialisation Design in 2006.
Throughout these years I got in touch with professional photography. My parents bought me my very first analog camera and I started out with photographing still lifes, landscapes and animals. A couple of month later I started to photograph friends, whom with i did photoshootings nearly every week. That's when my passion was woken for photography. I bought myself a new Camera, a Canon EOS 400D. I uploaded my photos on Flickr under my nickname "Kiara Black", today it is the name of my photography business. In 2010 I had the opportunity to exhibit some of my work at the Photokina 2010 in Cologne.
